Great list, Nikola. Have made a few notes of albums that might make it to the Vinyl Connection blog this year. Thanks!

Nice list, mostly … I’ve got, or had and lost 15, of those albums.

Robert Wyatt’s ‘Rock Bottom’ gets a regular airing, however there’s another ‘Canterbury Scene’ album which continues to give me a lift: Caravan & The New Symphonia, recorded live at the Theatre Royal in Drury Lane. I was there and the gig remains in my top ten. you haven’t included one

A preview facility would be nice!

    - Please capitalise ‘However’ line 2 … it starts a new sentence.
    - and delete the last four words.

    Ta ever so.

Sorry to bother you, Nikola, but all I wanted to do was to mention a favourite album from all those years ago.

I effed up my original comment, and not having a preview or editing facility for comments on your blog, I figured that you could do a bit of editing while moderating/approving it.

There’s nought wrong with your post (although I did wonder why you included a Joni Mitchell album. Good though it is, it’s hardly ‘prog.’).

    • Oh, I totally misunderstood you… I thought there was something wrong in the post itself :)

In the post it is said that the albums from the progressive rock and RELATED genres are celebrating the 40th anniversary this year.
